How to best assess potential syndicate partners?

I’ve learnt to appreciate each person has a way of doing something and that’s okay. They may spend more on an item or less on another item or have a different style than you you might yourself – but the net saving of being in a group outweighs accepting other people’s preferences. Once each person has a role in the group and do it ‘reasonably’ well – it can work out. In my opinion, it’s best not to have strong feelings about how you’d like to see something run for the group to survive – live, and let live :)
