I don’t know why but the cause is PROB99 too complicated for me to track down. Paypal integration is a full time IT job anyway because it breaks regularly.
So, when I get the paypal email confirming an incoming payment for a Marketplace item, I will manually change the item for sale from Invisible to Visible.
This is normally quick. I already manually approve all new signups (because ~50% are malicious) and this is just a similar thing. I just can’t do it while flying 
So when you place a Marketplace item, and it isn’t showing next day, drop me a line.
