At Heathrow, BA use the MLS (microwave landing system – that wonderful piece from the JAA IR theory ). AFAIK nobody else can use it and it is not installed anywhere else
It’s also installed (or perhaps was installed, since the only airframes to use it are now in museums) at the Shuttle Landing Facility at the Kennedy Space Center at least (and possibly at Edwards too). :-)
