There is a little countryside cafe near where I work, which does a really good soup called Rudolf’s Rocket Fuel

Recently we had a corporate event where food deserving the above description was served but undeclared. The afternoon following that was “fun”. All of us were happy to escape the quite uninhabitable room prior to the planned schedule :)
Pal of mine someplace in the US does a neat veggie dish: Brussle sprouts, beans and onions served with garlic sauce. Apparently he now does a version which includes chilly as well.
Closest thing to edible jet fuel I’ve ever come across. But VERY tasty.
