It seems that the aircraft slipped off of the runway and hit some tree. Two injured persons and the aircraft seems to be damaged beyond repair.
Do you know when that happened @Emir? According to the latest list on the CAA web site (July 2022) it was a C172 M owned by the Split Aeroclub, which suggests that it was based at Sinj LDSS. Wx play a role? I was just there last Mon/Tue for the first time. The runway is very long and wide for a grass strip (1’000x60m) and I can hardly imagine a proficient C172 going off the end unless weather and speed were involved, or there was an engine issue on t/o. The runway condition a week ago was dry, but perhaps it rained since to make for slippery grass.
