EASA CRT: Publication of NPA 2017-03 'In-flight recording for light aircraft'

This only concerns CAT and Specialised Operations, and then only turbine airplanes with MTOM of at least 2250 kg or any aircraft with more than 9 pax seats. I had a quick glance at the proposal and it seemes quite reasonable. There would be no need for crash-protected memory and I got the impression that even a video recording of the instrument panel would suffice!
