During my IFR training, We had to prepare and track GPS accuracy, wrt G1000 use.
In our approach briefing, we have to plan actions in case of GPS loss of accuracy:
-Can we roll back on a 2D or 3D? When is the last moment? And if not other approach available, we have to prepare a safe vector for go-around (turn, heading + altitude)
The process is not really written apart “go around”, but go around needs GPS…
E.G. LFMQ le Castellet now has only GPS appoach, and no roll back possible. So in case of loss of integrity, we just climb and turn to the sea and discuss the rest of operation with ATC.
