Service Ceiling

To change this very interesting discussion away from physics to insurance, if you are greater than the service ceiling and you stall, spin and crash ( or some other misfortune) what will the insurance company say when they find out during the subsequent investigation?

EGNS/Garey Airstrip, Isle of Man

Insurers classify incidents as fault or non-fault.

If its “fault”, it’s most likely that the pilot being insured will pay a higher premium.
