All without any kind of Tower/AFISO/Flugleiter/Radio Operator.
Shows however that even the often praised “US system” and their pilots are not immune to tense situations forming, but I guess that is normal for such traffic volumes. All in all, a good, disciplined performance by the involved pilots.

All about keeping a mental picture based on voice messages received over the headset. Works, but requires training and probably a shift in mindset.
Agree entirely Stephan, it is just a pity that so many places one visits here in the UK for example, the standard of rt calls is so poor or non existant that it is often impossible to get a picture.
