German / Swiss noise-dependent landing charges / noise certificate (merged thread)

This is our TB20 noise certificate as issued by Hellenic (Greece) CAA in 2008.

I flew to Straubing EDMS last week and they told me they will need it on departure for the reduced fee.

As you can see in box 17. it has dB(A) value.

Thanks for posting that, @Petakas.

That’s the 2 blade prop – confirm?

I wonder how my 3B prop differs.

Why not just look it up in the Excel sheet whose link I repeatedly posted?

If yours is a HC-C3YR-1RF/F7693F, then it’s 82.5dB (chapter 10, i.e. takeoff noise). Hardly noticeable 1.1dB less noisy than the 2 blader.

Your plane seems to be dominated by engine noise. So if you really wanted to make a difference, you needed to install a silencer, such as the Gomolzig TB20-606500.

and limit the T/O power to 2400 RPM ….

btw my MTV-9-B/198-52 three blade prop has got 80,5 dB(A) acc. chpt 10 – still not low enough to pay less landing fees (lowest class) in Germany

limit the T/O power to 2400 RPM

I don’t think GA can be based at EGLL anymore

That’s max RPM for my plane

I confirm, 2 blade.

With apology for resurrecting an old thread, would anyone who has created one of these Certificates for an N-reg be willing to share it in a readily editable format (MS Word, Excel, etc.)?

Double apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but I’m now beginning the process for transferring registration, and need a noise cert. as well…
Anyone have a noise cert. from Hungary (HA)?
I’ve looked at the spreadsheet link provided (thanks for that!) and my AC config. is listed in there.

PM or email me and I’ll send you mine, which you can copy and alter to suit your aircraft.

Or @Jason might send you one of his, if he picks up this thread…
