According to https://theaviationist.com/2019/07/07/swiss-air-force-display-team-patrouille-suisse-performs-flyover-at-the-wrong-place/ and other sources, the Swiss Air Force Display team overflew the wrong location for their display. Looks like the lack of GPS equipment is not only an issue for private pilots busting airspace. ;-)
The two villages are pretty close to each other. They saw a huge happening on the ground an assumed wrongly that this was the location. The actual location was much less visible.
