I paid 3.6$/USG at Arcadia (X06) and I had the impression it was the cheapest on earth, at 1.2$/USG WTF ? I would personally make very thourough power checks (or use a candle or lighter to check it burns 
)
Pump error? Special one-off deal to empty tank for maintenance?
