After reading all of this and assuming you haven’t lost the will to live or even in fact fly, go out and print your certificate based on this European EC 216/2008 subject to obtaining the practical experiences of actually flying a simple single engine, self launching motor glider and or microlight plus your medical.
I suggest you visit Brussells and jump into a taxi, and when you get charged €50 for a 5 minute ride, and the driver gives you a receipt without you even asking for it, you will have achieved a new level of understanding on what is driving certain areas of human endeavour
