Well, as the bells are ringing around the world and I am about to go off duty for the last time in 2022, I would like to convey my best wishes for 2023 to all of you here on EuroGA.
At the same time, I wish to express my thanks to you here on this forum. It has been a wild ride and we did not agree on some things, yet this place is one where people still can stay friends or at least tolerate each other in a civil manner. 2022 was not an easy year on anyone and there will be mayor challenges on the way ahead. Yet it is comforting to know that there are people out there with whom to share all this.
To quote one of my favorite lines, not mine, but heartfelt never the less:
