How does "one wing stall first" when entering a spin?

Entries can be different. A (standard) aerobatic spin entry is a smooth and direct transition from level flight. What you see in “PPL license spin” (in lack of any other word) is more of a half flick roll followed by a spin. This is sometimes referred to as incipient spin, and it looks like the idea was to recover before the aircraft entered a stabilized spin, before one – two full turn, but after the first half flick roll.
