They have another one (https://www.brunner-innovation.swiss/product/cls-e-ng-yoke/) about €700 cheaper. Do you know the difference between the two?
The forces and travels are much lower on the NG;
Compare the tables here https://www.brunner-innovation.swiss/product/cls-e-ng-yoke
versus here: https://www.brunner-innovation.swiss/product/cls-e-yoke/).
And then finally here for the pro level! https://www.brunner-innovation.swiss/product/cls-b-ng-yoke/
Jesus! The prices on these gadgets…
Indeed, but this is even more impressive, for their force feedback yoke:
I wonder if they have a special “how to not do an AF447” emulation mode so two of them can be interconnected

How much does that matter in practise? I guess it is important if you want to simulate a specific aircraft type, but for generic training?
Resurrecting my own old topic, I am at the second round of attempts to rig an IFR trainer under Windows, and I am specifically trying to model a buttons-only (no knobs) glass cockpit on a 19-inch touchscreen monitor that is single touch only. Does anyone know such a solution?
For just playing holdings, you can download “IFR simulator” on your android tablet… Not a lof of fun but you’ll never miss an offset entry after that ;).
Greg_mp, no, I’m talking of a full mission from preflight to landing, with full IFR procedures as in the actual approach plates.
The Garmin trainer is actually decent. The touchscreen works on the iPad, I’d expect it to work on windows.
No outside view so 100% IMC .
Xplane with a descent airplane, I was using DA62 during my IFR training, and you connect it to an online sim network, such as IVAO or vatsim, and you get a good part of the IFR. Actually G1000 is mostly well done, and you can start from planning, file a FPL with their interface. You then have clearance, pushback, taxi, departure, arrival, …
The only thing to think of is to select an airport when ATC is active.
Have a look on IVAO activity here: https://webeye.ivao.aero/
At this present time, here is the map:
Every where there is a color other than backgroung map, you have ATC (GND, TWR, APP, …)
