In Switzerland, I could recommend “Le Cockpit” in Bressaucourt (LSZQ). As most Swiss airfields allow landings up to sunset or even until the end of civil twilight, you can do dinner trips during summertime quite easily. The key requirement are the allowed take-off times, which is 20:00 LT in LSZQ or even up to HRH with PPR.
I’ve heard also many positive reviews about the L’Hélice restaurant at Bex Aerodrome (LSGB), which is also open until sunset for external pilots.
The good thing about going UK to Europe is that although you lose an hour going, you gain the hour back on return.
