The TACAN is a VOR in the UHF band, with a co-located DME which is “standard” i.e. we can receive it.
Is there an ILS whose LOC is UHF?
Not as far as I know. Most military airfields are equipped with PAR and SRA capability as the approach of choice for poor weather recovery.
