And roughly half way, you are committed to take off… so you better pull up until the stall warning starts, behind the hedges you can drop a bit ;-)
A fly-in airport has to meet certain requirements otherwise most people won’t turn up. Many past threads – example. Grass alone causes 50% or so to cancel.
Curiously LIKD is not in the EuroGA airport database=. I did wonder whether to add in the huge number of “superficio” strips but decided not to since it would complicate the user interface, with having to implement selectable layers, which implies a user-specific context.
