Hi. I’m looking for checked at covid time airport at north Spain (maybe LFPO) to land from Portugal, refuel avgas, stay over night and continue to France.
Maybe someone was there recently?

You mean LFPO Paris Orly???? or SanSebastian LESO?
You maybe lucky with SanSebastian (LESO) it’s free handling but fuel will be steep if you pump lot of (compared to quick stop nearby in France, if you do, I suggest the Arcachon LFCH for fuel), here is a recent pirep on it here,

Maybe check if it’s the case for fuel stops? if you can’t in France or SanSebastian you have Santander (LEXJ)
I stopped paying too much attention to CV19 planning constraints lately
Much easier to do as told on the day on ground or phone
