STC on Reims Cessna EASA vs. FAA

• C150 : 3A19
• C172 : 3A12
• F150 : A13EU
• F172 : A4EU

Generally, EASA approves applying

• an FAA STC issued to a US-built A/C
• to an EASA-reg US-built A/C (same model, same TC number)
  It is just recognition of FAA STCs.

The OP text would mean applying via a minor change :

• an FAA STC issued to a US-built A/C
• to an EASA-reg Reims-built A/C (different TC number)

How can it extend an FAA STC beyond what is written on it ?
Well, they can allow what they want on EASA-regs, but still
