We had the cowlings off today and I can report that after 120 hours done since the work was done in April this year, the firewall foam looks absolutely like brand new. The Socata stuff would have been peeling off by now.
Is there a EU equivalent, or reasonable source, of SoundEx? Shipping from the US takes a lot of time and money and I just found out yesterday I need enough of it to do a Mooney.
