Using car windshield deice fluid to deice wings?

Need to de-ice the wings. Has anyone ever used car windshield deice?

I picked some stuff up that is mostly ethanol some glycol and it has a surfactant (detergent)I guess to clean off the windshield road grime. It also has a coloring added, blue.

Two possible problems 1.the detergent washes away the polymer wax I have on the wings 2. The color additive stains the paint.

Does anyone have experience with using windshield washer fluid to deice the wings? If so any thoughts on my two concerns?

C210 Flyer, I used a similar fluid (also blue and with detergent added, but no ethanol, if I remember correctly – just glycol and water) to deice my wings two weeks ago. No problem whatsoever. Judging by the feel, the amount of detergent is insignificant and certainly shouldn’t affect the paint more than the elements affect it.
