I have a plane with an R12 aircondition system. Now the system needs to be refilled and I wonder if anybody knows a source for some left over R12. It is no longer manufactured for ecological reasons but apparently in the US old stock can be purchased on eBay but it seems to be hard to find in Europe.
Consider transitioning your system to R134a. It is readily available in Europe and will stay for quite a while, and the ozone layer will thank you.
I have no idea what the impact would be from a certification standpoint though.
