Emergency Glass Cockpit - Levil BOM - avionics certification is progressing

Thanks, @Dimme, that’s weird, although it does led to the product. Here’s the link I wanted to provide:

https://shop.levil.com/collections/ilevil-series/products/bom

I see no certificate issue in Chrome. The original URL is
https://shop.levil.com/collections/ilevil-series/products/bom
and it redirects to
https://www.adamsaviation.com/?i=378528

The redirection suggests Levil have done a deal with Adams Aviation UK, but I would expect this to be country (IP) dependent. Or has Adams got a worldwide sole agency for it?

Isn’t there a number of gadgets out there which contain an “AHRS” and display an “instrument panel” on a tablet?

One problem with this is that if you get an instrument failure, you may have to transition to the backup very fast, and that isn’t going to happen if you have to fumble around with a tablet or a phone.

You are prob99 correct, @Peter, as it goes straight to the Levil website from here (US). Must be an IP based redirect.

That happens in an instant. You simply switch from one source to the other. In the case of an iPad connected to a Garmin Flightstream over Bluetooth you simply switch to the WiFi connection, which you can keep open. Alternatively, you simply run two tablets, one on Bluetooth and one on WiFi. It may even work automatically. I’ve only tried that with a secondary Bluetooth device (DUAL GPS) where the iPad switches over when losing the connection from the panel.

Does it have PT heat or it’s not politically correct to ask for IFR
