we have the second ‘original’ tachometer in the Beech showing us all kinds of RPM except the one the prop is using :)
Mostly, between 150 and 200 rpm below, but never really accurate, and sometimes over, making engine management kind of difficult.
I’ve been told that Superior Labs does produce tachs which are better.

Can anyone share his opinion about that particular brand ?
We are not willing to install a digital one, be it from JPI or else, because they’re ugly. We’re looking for an analog tach.
Yes but that was the Spiritus rector for my word ‘ugly’ :)
