In a museum in France. The only one ever made, and abandoned c. 1990.
Looks really nice!
It was a TP version of the TB30 which were made in reasonable numbers as military trainers.

- Le TB-31 n’a pas été prévu pour être armé ( the TB-31 was not designed to be armed )
so does F – WOMG mean F – without machine gun ? or French Women Oh My God ?
In France, all experimentals start with F-W. At the Socata factory, all the TBMs had a small F-Wxxx badge over the final (typically N-) number, used for flight testing. Same at the Airbus factory, also F-W.
It’s a bit disappointing that Socata do not keep their own show fleet. This TB-31 could be doing airshows but there was no sign that they keep their own aircraft even though the company has a lot of history. It kind of looked like a sheet metal shop working for a lot of other companies with a small TBM production on the side, kept for historical reasons.
