Congratulations for your initiative. We couldn’t do that In France because driving to the airport requires government approval. Some BA entities did flights for medical staff though.

fter the victory over The Virus, when you start contemplating about where to fly next, consider Olomouc. Unlike, say, Český Krumlov, it has not been discovered by mass tourism, yet has a lot to offer.
Thanks for the info. I now know that any spot that I can find in guides is already overcrowded, so such advice is worth a lot.
Any pirep on the local airport LKOL ? I can find their website but don’t understand a word.

We have a project like this in France, I did some flights with them carrying medical peoples going or returning from area badly touched by the Corona.
The non profit company Aviation Sans Frontières managed this. Total and BP offer the fuel, the States enroute fees and airports are offering landing fees and handling.
They are providing a letter that authorize you to perform the mission (go to the Airport)
Yes I heard Wingly & ASF were really super quick and impressive to setup a platform & distribution for pax & cargo,
That’s what i was willing to mention. Sorry if I wasn’t clear.
To me, FFA had thousands of airplanes and pilots needing to fly and available, based all across France and we had several weeks of clear skies. Even if I had to pay the flight myself, I and many others would have carried anything useful. I can’t get how they didn’t make use of this ideal configuration.
@jujupilote, as to the Olomouc airport LKOL and flying in Czech Republic generally:
There is a great resource https://aim.rlp.cz/?lang=en
From there you can go to the VFR manual, and find the LKOL: https://aim.rlp.cz/vfrmanual/actual/lkol_text_en.html
You can also go to the AisView https://aisview.rlp.cz/index.php?lang=2 to see all airports, active airspaces at a selected time, NOTAMs, multiple background maps and more.
As to my pirep:
the airport has more than 100 years of history. Since 1960 there was a military helicopter regiment located there until 1990s, that is why only 400m tarmac. Yet, the next rwy with 760m grass is quite good. Among aircraft operating there, besides Cessnas there is also one beautiful Grumman AG-5B, Cirrus, Zlins, Yaks, as well as the big AN-2, plus gliders.
Avgas is available (I do not know the price), hangar as well (here the price was so reasonable that I do not remember it anymore). Landing 100CZK (cca 4 EUR). Radio in English on request 24hr in advance. Customs and Immigration currently not available.
Landing on 09 is easy and a little uphill. Landing on 27 a bit demanding, as one shall not touch the city and thus the space for base is limited.
Tram to city center some 400m from the airport gate. People are very nice, very friendly. It is Moravia after all.
@tmo: tough question, with one or more Government press conferences per day one easily loses track of what is allowed and what is locked down.
What I know is:
As per the LKAA Notam A0489/20: every flight crossing the borders of Czech Republic must use the airport Praha Ruzyne LKPR as a port of entry/exit.
As per our Government: from today until next (soon to come) change our borders are closed for all foreigners, with a number of exceptions, such as business trips, diplomats and so on, up to “people whose reason to travel is proven by a relevant document”.
Details shall be available on https://www.vlada.cz/en/ soon, once they translate the original document already published today at the Czech version of the site.
We, Czechs, are supposed to be free to travel wherever they let us enter, and on the return we must present a negative test certificate, or report ourselves to dedicated medical facilities to proceed with tests.
Thank you!

Great initiative both this one and the OP! We learned about it and have just set it up in Spain too!
