@Fletio_Flyer, can you organise the PNR/etc? I’d do it.
I recall from my last visit, a few years ago, there were “certain methods” involved in avoiding the €100 charge for the 100m bus ride, etc.
? After landing, request “Parking at the G/A apron” as reported here repeatedly.
No mention of PNR, either, that I can see in the AIP, not even for customs/immigration.

There is no handling for small GA at EBAW.
Just park at the GA apron and walk to the C office. You need to wear a yellow vest.
I’ve been there many times.
Taxi to the city center is +/- 15€.
… and there’s a bus too but it goes no further than Berchem Station.
I can be there.
I can’t do EBAW tomorrow. It’s a little far for a lunch especially as I will be going to Slovenia 3 days later.
Also I was out all day today and forgot to tell the firemen to get the plane out for 1st thing tomorrow morning. And with the hard runway re-opening tomorrow (after the Hunter crash) there is going to be a lot of people trying to get out.
Let’s do this after I am back from Greece – shortly after 20th September I hope
