Plan on going there in the near future IFR.
There is a NDB approach but the info on the website says VFR and NVFR.
I will call them when I know more about when I’m going (PPR). In the meantime I’m looking for tips and info – thanks.

Better check re the IFR approach. I guess you won’t be cleared if the CTR is not active. But the minima are high and the terrain is flat, so VFR or IFR doesn’t make a lot of difference.
