Transient parking at Toussus was a problem for me this summer, because of a few aircrafts permanenty occupying the visitor parking. On one occasion Tower directed me to the handler parking; the lady in charge was not amused but she had no choice (it’s only allocated to the handler as a convenience apparently). She said those three aircrafts had not flown in months.

Called today the number toussus gave me and the lady on the phone had already seen the email, so it looks like things are moving.
Will likely stop in Rouen for customs then might just go IFR as safer at night (and VFR needs low level).
Of course, that’s if it happens, as night at this time of the year in non-deiced / non-O2 considerably lowers dispatch rate.
