Have spoken to Felders and they say over the phone OK for say 10 – 20 people Friday.
They wanted a conformation e-mail from me which my ISP has returned to me twice !!

Confirming out phone talk today we would like a group booking for dinner this Saturday 7 (this Saturday).
Say 19:00 hours
We think numbers will be between 10 and 20.
One table would be best, but two next to each other would be OK.
I will tell you when we have a more accurate figure.
We are the EuroGA pilots group and came last year (2016) in April.
I understand you can manage this sort of numbers.

I have just sent the above message to them, twice. Once from my normal email address and the second time with a From: header with WarleyAir’s email address, and BCCd to him.
Maybe they have an aggressive spam filter which scores on the language used (non German). We have had cases where every .fr destination got bounced until the text was translated into French.
I used a subject header of: EuroGA dinner reservation. That’s another thing – blank subject headers are not good.
Nothing has bounced back immediately…
