On some aircraft, inflating the tyres with wheel fairings on is quite a contortion unless the nozzle on the air hose is of exactly right shape. Here is a gadget that may help. Bought it yesterday at a bicycle shop.

Available at motor factors. That’s where we got ours, years ago.
I don’t much like those things, mainly because when installed you have two leak prone valves in series on one tire.
We don’t leave our one permanantly on.
