This isn’t a Symbian phone. The project started inside Nokia but the people doing this went for Android (obviously).
Nokia is in the meantime busy shutting down Symbian support, including certificates (its app signing facility) so hacked/flashed phones will be the way to go. They are actually really good. With lots of garbage stripped out, very fast and responsive. I wonder when they will terminate the online search portion of their superb Maps app – that will really p*ss off their existing customers. They have already quietly stripped out the speed camera warnings from it.
