As it’s a maintenance shop, all about maintenance should be ok.
The other one os more expensive with 300hp engines.
( :( i just realized you were looking for a pressurised twin)
I would steer clear of the Beech Duke, they have a reputation for being very expensive to maintain.
Reasonable condition C340 could be had for this budget…around four years ago. There are a couple of N reg for sale, on the usual boards, but north of the budget. Still may be worth contacting the sellers.
Yes in particular the twins have gone up in price and seemingly stay there. The singles seem like decreasing again. Before I bought my plane I was also looking and “charting” some aircraft and there were so incredibly cheap twins on the market, not any more so.
But nonetheless wish you good hunting!
You’ve probably seen that already, but here is one that meets your specs.

BE55 isn’t pressurized, which is what the OP seems to want. Realistically they are also 4 seaters, the third row is impossible to get into and most owners remove it.
Have a look at this, USD 160k.:

In case the FB link doesn’t work, there’s a group called Aircraft for Sale or Buy, there some twins come up pretty regularly.
You should put the Aerostar 601P or a 700P into your field of view as well. It’s by far the best supported of all of them, flies like a fighter jet and has great performance. A real pilot’s plane. Tons of mods and unbeatable speed.
When my turbine sells and if the world is good to me over the next few years, that’s what I’m going back to. Miss mine.
