Looking to fly to Belfast this Friday. Has anybody been recently? before I make lots of phone calls! All help greatly appreciated.
Which Belfast, City or Aldergrove?
As it happens, I’m night stopping Aldergrove tomorrow.

City would be easier as I’m just going for a few hours business in the city back the same day. Do you use Avflight?
I could have hitched a lift instead !
City = mega expensive…make sure someone else is paying the bills.
Aldergrove = (at least used to be) much less expensive and reasonable for GA, but much further out of the city. But there is public transport from the terminal to the city.

As Dublin Pilot says, City is very expensive. Depending upon where you are going in Belfast, the trip from Aldergrove isn’t onerous. Give Woodgate Aviation a call at Aldergrove and they can sort you.
Alternatively, if you can guarantee VFR and are happy with about 800m of tarmac, Newtownards (EGAD) is the best solution.
