Not all countries have separate FIS frequencies, e.g. Sweden don’t — FIS is provided on regular ATC frequencies
ok, all relevant countries ;))
Joking aside: how do I know which freq. I have to use in order to receive FIS? Is it also APP, TWR, RDR?

You find the ACC sectors in AIP ENR 2.1, and read what frequencies are assigned to them. Careful, ACC sectors are NOT airspace classifications, they are simply a way ATC divides the sky.
Or you simply use Open FlightMaps where we have done all the work for you and posted all sector frequencies on our charts, for free, for ever, updated every 28 days
even for Spain you find the (T)ACC frequencies published on the Spain-VFR-charts – however, in the example named above, for Valencia TMA the ACC is 118.8 while aart (and Skydemon as well) suggests to use 120.100 (Valencia APP) in order to receive FIS within Valencia TMA.
