We are a group of GA pilots from Istanbul, and we are planning a Ukraine tour early June, 2018.
I guess Avgas s available in some western airports of the country.
Does anyone have a suggestion for airports/airfields around Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv area for Avgas refueling?

Welcome to EuroGA, Turgut, there are (were?) a few posters here who have flown to Ukraine and should be able to answer. I am not one of them, just bumping up this thread as nobody has replied yet.
Around Kherson, fly to UKOE (Odessa-Gidroport). There you can arrange AVGAS.
Near Dnipro, you can fly to UKDE, they typically have AVGAS.
Near Kharkov, I would check at Korotich or at Rakitne.
In all these places, you need to make agreements upfront in terms of quantities and price.
Anyway, you can call the Shell aviation importer or the local Warter distributor
Both can organise 100LL anywhere in Ukraine. You just need to have authorisation of the airports for refueling, but that should not be very difficult to get.
