Fuel is a bit more expensive but not that much more.
Landing in rotterdam is € 19,- + vat for sub 2t. Not bad at all.
You do have €13 atc charges (which I only ever had in Hamburg)
Avgas is now € 2,59 (germany probably €2,29-2,39?)
Handling in rotterdam is probably 150-200 for Jason
For sub2t it is €25,- at vliegclub Rotterdam
Rotterdam really is a nice field with atc who like it when you are having fun. Often enough they will ask if you can keep up the speed .. Ifso you are nr 1 in front of commercial aircraft.
They are really good at mixing ga with commercial.
Rotterdam sounds about the same cost as Schipol for 2t plus.
I suppose I am in a slightly hybrid position in that I am flying for business but am usually the only customer. That said, what @what_next wrote is right in that convenience and efficiency do have significant value.
At 2.3t it seems like there is no real cost advantage to the other alternatives.
