Has anyone tried asking a dealer to change? I don’t know why anyone would want to keep it that way (unless they live in US)
Peter, I often fly 4 up, and on a short flight you’ll be above MLW if full up

Except for the fuel gauges (which always showed USG) our C172S with G1000 used to be configurable for litres or USG. E.g. the fuel totaliser could be set to show litres. After a software update that possibility disappeared. Everything is now hardwired to USG.
