Looks to me like the instructor (the guy in the left seat) is instructing a trainee instructor and using his considerable experience of how a new student pilot might behave with great skill and humour. I like his style.

I took it this way: The „student pilot“ is an experienced instructor preparing a new instructor.

Altought honestly “aircraft goes faster” is better than “aircraft goes down” which is 50% wrong in both inverted & non-inverted flights

Not quite how I remember it, albeit it was a long time ago. This is classic youtube stream of consciousness and far removed from CFI training – am guessing they are trying to channel Abbott and Costello.

Nice video, hard to formulate simple answer to his pop-up questions without getting into extra questions just lacking 3 voice sets for student/instructor/examiner !
