Make sure you keep all invoices and receipts etc for ever. I went there in 2010 – admittedly this is a while ago – and they hassled me for months afterwards about something to do with VAT (which was paid in full).

LIEE is now apparently the only AVGAS-serving airport in Sardinia…so our alternate was LFKF 1h to the north in Corsica.
Approach, landing and parking fees aside, still pending final bill.

LIEO Olbia also has 100LL. But yes, that has been “on and off” in recent years.
It is is the only airport with 100LL south of Olbia though – and has been for years. It’s extortion indeed.
