Firstly the roll control is really quite heavy in cruise, yet pitch is relatively light.
That’s to be expected: prominent dihedral and large stabilator.

Not necessarily. If the aircraft is equipped with an anti-servo tab it depends on its size and deflection. (I don’t remember if the TB20 has one. The PA28 does.)
