The interview is number 4 in the series filmed in 1963-64. A very interesting and moving account from a first hand source.
Thanks. He was an amazing chap.
I thoroughly recommend his outing on Desert Island Discs too
“BBC iPlayer TV programmes are available to play in the UK only.”
u need to give ur connection an IP from to UK and u can watch it anywere
What proxy do you recommend?
It seems that the BBC are now blocking VPNs and Proxy servers being used as a get around. I have Hotspot shield (and coincidentally work next door to their HQ) but have been unable to get Iplayer for some time now.
Fortunately Radio 4 is freely available.
I would love to see the archive documentary, so if anyone knows a workaround……
@RobertL18C What is the name of the Programme on iplayer?
Btw….I use UnoTelly DNS directly programmed on my Samsung Smart TV here in the UAE and at our place in France with no problems…. I also use HideMyAss VPN on my iPhone iPad and laptop with no problem for bbc….however I do need to change servers occasionally so I think they do blacklist known VPN IPs…. I pay my UK TV Licence fee and feel guilt-free accessing bbc overseas!
