Landing configuration too late, came in "hot and high"...and most noticeably, didn't commit to the error and to the go-around.
As the old saying goes...can't use the part of the runway that's behind you. Anyway, there might have been a technical problem...even at touchsown, to me the flaps don't look like they're in landing config really, are they?
Thinking about the "technical problem" bit though, I think he would have diverted to an even longer runway. Or at least they would have deployed the fire brigade...none to be seen along the runway...
No landing configuration, thy try to scary pax? When they had a technical problem, they must choose a longe runway!
