John Shannon and I have largely rewritten the PBN Manual.
This is both to update the content, as technology and regulation move on and, now that 25/8/18 has passed, to change the format from a formal learning course to a more approachable “narrative” text book, which the reader can start at the beginning and read through. We have also moved some of the more technical stuff to appendices.
We will probably go to print quite soon, so we are keen to get any corrections or other comments before committing to a print run.
Indeed, what an effort! Thanks!

Yes, you have to register (for free). Then it will fill in your details (as far as you have provided them) in the form directly. Also for other forms (SEP, MEP revalidation, IR, type ratings, etc.) but this thread is about PBN and the aforementioned form is especially required by FOCA (BAZL) for PBN entry in the Swiss license.
