Spotted this one two days ago:

It just sat there in between very FEW CU. With its slanted stripes — sorry for the extremely crappy picture — it looked a little bit like a roll cloud albeit a very short one. What causes this? The weather was relatively benign, the worst part of the METAR was TEMPO 15G25.
