I didn’t factor in decreased fuel burn with decreasing weight.

I always feel that performance on a V1 cut in the sim requires a delicate touch unless you’re light enough to be below max derate and assumed temperature – certainly until the gear has finished retraction. Or unless you cheat and use the full derate figures calculated for the LVOs.
