Or this earlier Christmas version
How could I have forgotten, Snoopy Versus the Red Baron by the Hotshots which my sister found on near pristine seven inch vinyl for me for Christmas.
“Open Your Eyes, You Can Fly” by the New York Voices, my favorite group in the close harmony genre. Just the right vibe for a nice relaxing flight, with a greaser at the end of course.

The aerobatics flyers here may prefer “Round Round Round” from that same album, complex stuff and rhythm and style changes. A brilliant interpretation of Brubeck’s good old “Blue Rondo A La Turk”. Jeez, I’m showing my age here..
Buy that album folks. Time to reward some real artists!
Mike Wagner has a few on Youtube, especially the parodies – Teterboro reminded me of it… Watching the videos is, in a way, entertaining, too…
Everyone in this video looks like that drummer from Nirvana.
Here is my favorite…
Wiki says: Songwriter(s) Jeffrey Calvert, Max West. Two engineers They also performed it.

This one must appear in this thread, even though it is not a musical monument
This is my favourite flying song
I had a summer job between college and university and worked in a high voltage power supply manufacturer (Wallis Electronics). During that summer I worked in a potting shop where we were encapsulating high voltage assemblies in silicone, or epoxy, and we were having a great time mixing up buckets of the stuff and evacuating them in a vacuum chamber to get the air bubbles out, before pouring the stuff into the moulds, and this was at or near the top of the charts and playing on the radio
There are various versions of this video on youtube, some with video content not quite suitable for EuroGA
