I’d say that a local experienced pilot is enough to learn the basics. Look at competition results. When you advance, many of the top world competitors can be hired and will come to your airport and teach.

Edit: forgot about the license rating. A school may be needed for that, but it’s just a few hours.

We teach aeros at Tiger Club in Cap10 but those looking for competition will go to BAA in the Extra

If you mean advanced maneuvers, then Alan Cassidy (ex UK national champion) at White Waltham has an excellent reputation – using a Pitts S2C.

Am not sure any school teach extreme maneuvers.
